This handbook will introduce you to the work processes & procedures to be followed in the office and for remote locations. These processes & procedures have been established to provide an efficient method of work & communication. It establishes an effective, accountable and transparent framework for managing.

Company Values
The foundation of ethics is a set of moral and ethical values. These values must be absolute, in the sense that they must take precedence over any human rationale, weakness, ego, or personal flaws. When all else fails, these essential beliefs will always be there to guide you.
1. Trust
There is no such thing as a free ride. Trust is difficult to earn and even more difficult to regain after it has been lost. Everyone who comes into contact with you or your organization should have faith in the way you conduct business.

Right to Revise
This Employee Handbook provides the Company’s current employment policies and procedures at the time of publishing. All previous handbooks, as well as any inconsistencies in policy statements or memos, have been superseded.
Any and all policies, procedures, work regulations, or benefits specified in this handbook or any other document may be revised, modified, deleted, or added to by BimSrv LLP at any time.
Any changes to this handbook that are made in writing will be circulated to all employees so that everyone is aware of the new policies or procedures. The Company will determine when the changes will take effect. No verbal declarations or representations can change the terms of this manual in any way.
Confidentiality
We wish to secure the personal information of our clients, workers, partners, and our organization.
This section explains our company’s confidentiality policies, which apply to anyone who has access to confidential information. This will assist us in creating a productive, lawful, and pleasant workplace. We will terminate any employee who breaches our confidentiality guidelines for personal profit.
The following is the list of confidential information:
1. You will keep all sales, marketing information, sales brochures, strategy information, policies etc. strictly confidential.
2. You will not share this information with anyone outside BimSrv except Clients/ Customers as part of your Job Responsibilities.
3. You will not share, transfer or otherwise transmit any documents, drawings etc. shared by Clients/ Prospects with anyone outside BimSrv.
4. You will not share any confidential information regarding Clients, Prospects, Projects, Quotes, fee, or any other information that Clients/ Prospects send to BimSrv with anyone in the Studio Department.
5. All documents, content, graphics, proposals, samples etc. shall remain sole property of BimSrv and you will not claim any copyrights on any such information.
6. Any breach of Confidentiality shall make you liable to damages that may include financial damages as deemed right by BimSrv and may lead to legal proceedings.
7. Our work method and its procedures are confidential and shall not be disclosed at any time.
